A selection of range taking mechanical brass in-line and shear-head connectors, used to connect cables of equal cross-sectional area, suitable for low voltage (LV) applications up to 1000v.
Brass In-Line Mechanical Connector Features:
- Range Taking for Smaller Conductors
- Suitable for up to 1000v
- Can be tightened with a flat-head screwdriver
Mechanical Shear-Head Connector Features:
- Range Taking for Larger Conductors
- Suitable for up to 1000v
- Can be used with Aluminium and Copper conductors
- Can be used with stranded or solid, sectorial or round conductors up to the maximum cross-section (for which the connector is designed)
- Comes supplied with a Brass Gauze (recomended for small or loose compacted conductors)
- Can be tightened using the shear-head bolts
